Equestrian Timeline
- Competed show jumping, mini eventing
- Began to teach riding
- Took British Horse Society exams passed levels 1,2, and
BHS Riding and Road Safety
- Assisted local trainer on buying trips to Ireland for sale stock
- 1969 Rode countless hobby horses around the block
- 1971 Started riding rental horses
- 1977 worked as a trail ride wrangler
- 1978-88 took hunter/jumper lessons and leased various horses
- 1981 showed P.O.A.'s in hand at county fair in 4H
- 1988 moved to England started foxhunting twice weekly
- Competed show jumping, mini eventing
- Began to teach riding

- 1993 returned to U.S.
- 1996 began teaching beginner lessons
- 2000 purchased horse started natural horsemanship journey
- 2002 to present studied with Lee Smith, Trevor & Tara Carter, Jinita Hayes, Peggi Cummings, and Martin Black
- 2005-07 official pass Parelli level 1,2 unofficial pass 3
- 2005 Started working for myself face2facewithhorses
- Currently teaching students about safety, timing, feel, awareness of their body and the horses, how to trailer load, prepare for trail rides, jumping, ground work, and lungeing, most of all to understand a horse's perspective
- 2013 worked in private lessons with Martin Black to learn how to lay a horse down
- 2016 began studying Carson James horsemanship
- 2016 private lessons with Eden Manuel, student of Buck Brannaman and Shane McGuinness
